Outdoor pool area was enjoyable for my family.
I had a really unpleasant experience during my stay. The room was not clean, with debris evident in several areas, and the air conditioner was broken, making it sweltering inside. After raising these issues, the staff's lack of urgency was disheartening, and when I ultimately got a room, it was not only dirty but also had a foul smell lingering in the hallway.

great central stay for exploring nearby attractions and eateries
the location made it super easy to explore the nearby art museum and grab breakfast at ziggie's cafe. The free parking was a nice perk while we enjoyed our city strolls. it was great having comfy beds to return to after a busy day. but the wifi was a bit unpredictable, which could be improved.

The pool area was clean and enjoyable for the family, providing a nice spot to unwind. However, our first room had severe plumbing issues, leading us to be moved to another room that lacked amenities we had paid for, like the couch. Additionally, there were noise disturbances from the hallway that disrupted our stay.

Here's my point of view
My stay was a mixed bag. While the beds were comfy and the coffee great, cleanliness was an issue with unvacuumed carpets and dated decor. The pool area left much to be desired, although it was centrally located with convenient access to a cafe. Breakfast was standard but sufficient for my needs.

Great Amenities and Friendly Atmosphere!
I stayed in a King Room for one night and loved the cleanliness and comfort. The microwave and fridge came in handy. Breakfast was delightful with made-to-order waffles. A nice perk was the discount at the nearby restaurant. Would recommend for a friendly stay!

missingWrote a review on Jun 12convenient amenitiessolid breakfastample spacemaintenance issues
Good-sized rooms with convenient amenities like mini-fridges and microwaves. Free breakfast offers a solid selection, including biscuits, gravy, and a waffle station that adds a nice touch to mornings.
Numerous maintenance issues are hard to overlook, including missing tiles around the jacuzzi and a noticeable musty odor throughout the hotel. Many rooms felt worn out, with old mattresses and moldy conditions compromising comfort. Navigating from the side exits can be a hassle, especially when returning to the room as those doors lock behind you. The air conditioning units aren’t only unreliable but can also leak, creating a messy situation in hallways. Breakfast items frequently ran out, leading to long waits for replenishment, and the overall cleanliness of communal spaces left much to be desired.
